Atlanta Hawks 102 (26-34) @ Brooklyn Nets 114 (24-36)

Hawks have now lost 5 of their last 7, after two straight loss to the Nets. In those 7 games, they've averages 111 points compared to their season average of 120. The absence of Trae Young has clearly been hurting them who's out for a few weeks at least. Credit to the Nets for capitalizing on the opportunity and taking advantage of the Hawks bad defense, with the Nets averaging 47% from the three the past 2 games when their season average is 37%.

Utah Jazz 120 (27-34) @ Miami Heat 126 (34-26)

This was a pretty even game all throughout, until the Heat and Jimmy Butler pulled it out down the stretch. I don't get why the Heat don't just play well the whole season and only wait until the end of the season and playoffs to start playing well.

Portland Trail Blazers 107 (17-42) @ Memphis Grizzlies 100 (20-41)

An overtime game nobody asked for.

Denver Nuggets 124 (42-19) @ Los Angeles Lakers 114 (33-29)

Lakers can't capitalize on Lebron's historic game as he passes 40K+ points. This was the same plot from all the games the Lakers have played the Nuggets. Close game to the last few minutes, where the Nuggets just clamp up on defense and just slowly wear you down on offense by making the right plays. Lakers have defensive issues that need to be addressed and coaching issues. The go-to for every team is to attack Reaves and it works. Michael Porter Jr. didn't miss a shot today too, what a game from him.

Houston Rockets 118 (26-34) @ Phoenix Suns 109 (35-25)

Back to back games against the Suns where Jalen Green has scored 34 points except today the Rockets got the win. Brad Beal got ejected and Booker hurt his ankle at the end of the game, just a rough night for the Suns overall. They trailed by 19 after the first quarter and were playing catch up the rest of the way. They brought it to within one point in the 4th quarter but couldn't put together that last run. If KD continues to be aggressive and look for his shot, the team will continue to find success as their run in the second half was led by him with 23 of his 30 points coming in the second half.
