The big thing about today was James Harden bein traded to the Los Angeles Clippers from the Philadelphia 76ers. We also had a crazy end to the Spurs and Suns game, there are really no days off in the league.

New York Knicks 109 (2-2) @ Cleveland Cavaliers 91 (1-3)

In the third quarter, the Knicks took over and opened up a big lead. Not much to note outside of that. I am a bit concerned for the Cavs though, they're looking rough. Their chemistry is not there and they just can't get a good flow going. My excuse for them is injuries, but if their performance continues, I wouldn't be surprised if some trades are made later in the season. These two teams play against each other again tomorrow, let's see if there's any improvement.

San Antonio Spurs 115 (2-2) @ Phoenix Suns 114 (2-2)

The Spurs led just ONCE in the game. That one time was in the final one second of the game. They were down by about 20 points and somehow just kept clawing their way back to a miracle finish. This was a gritty win where it looked like all hope was lost. On a team full of young players, this was a very growing win. At the end of the day however, it's still one game and there's still a long journey ahead. It was a team game for the Spurs with everyone contributing. For the Suns, most everything was played through Kevin Durant.

Orlando Magic 102 (2-2) @ Los Angeles Clippers 118 (3-1)

So many missed shots in the first quarter. The opportunities were there, but the teams couldn't get the ball into the basket. Paul George then just took over in the third quarter and opened up a big lead for the Clippers. After that, it wasn't much of a game. I'm excited to see how the Clippers look now with James Harden. They'll have four very ball-dominant players on one team, the first time these many players of this magnitude on one team that I can think of off the top of my head.
